1. RETURN OF ITEMS AUTHORIZATION (RMA or RGA) AND PROCEDURES
IMPORTANT:
Before returning any material, the buyer must obtain a return authorization number
of merchandise (RMA or RGA), otherwise, LED123 reserves the right to refuse returned packages.
a) Please ensure that you read all of the information in this document.
b) Please complete the LED123 return request form and submit it to us.
c) A customer service agent will confirm receipt of your request within a
maximum of 48 working hours.
d) If we need more information, a member of our team or one of our
representatives will contact you.
e) Once your RMA (or RGA) number has been issued, you will receive instructions and can
return the material to the following address:
f) Make sure to write your RMA (or RGA) number visibly on the package in order to
to prevent it from being refused.
2. WARRANTY PERIODS
The warranty period is always calculated from the date on which a product was
shipped from LED123's factory to the customer. The applicable warranty period is as follows:
- Luminaires and their components (including LED and power supply) 5 years
- All replaced or repaired products are covered and the latter will not be
no time bound by the same warranty period starting on the date the product
original was shipped from LED123's factory to the customer and not from the date
repair or replacement.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY
LED123's limited warranty is non-transferable and therefore only applies to
first buyer / user. LED123 guarantees the initial purchaser-user that its
lighting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
warranty periods indicated in the “WARRANTY PERIODS” section of this document.
In the event that the equipment shipped has been damaged in transport in
direction of the original recipient, it is imperative that the person who received the
goods report and document the damage with the carrier upon receipt, otherwise
it will not be possible to make a claim for this damage. Neither with the
carrier, or to LED123 or one of its representatives.
If a product is presumed to be defective, LED123 reserves the right to require that it be
returned for inspection after which LED123 will decide whether it should be repaired or replaced.
LED123's limited warranty does not at any time cover costs related to installation or
the replacement (labor, scaffolding, nacelles, etc.) of products or damage
and collateral costs (loss of use, income or profits, material damage or
other miscellaneous costs not previously mentioned).
No sales agent and / or distributor is authorized to modify, change or extend
the terms of the limited warranty on behalf of LED123.
This limited warranty is conditional and does not apply to:
Damage or malfunction resulting from improper handling / installation.
Products that have not been installed in accordance with the instructions and guidelines of LED123.
Any product that has not been installed in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) in force in Canada or the National Electrical Code (NEC) in force in the United States. equipment related to the uninstallation or reinstallation of returned products and / or
